Simulation Games

As part of a training or as an activity on its own, several types of simulation games may be organised for your team. Although those games may appear trivial at the first glance, they have been used for decades around the world, proving their educational input.

The general idea of simulation games is to transpose the group of participant in a situation that could (almost) exists and let them figure out for themselves the right actions to be taken to solve the conflicts, misunderstandings or challenges it is facing.

After the workshop, the debriefing session is the key element of this activity, as members make the link between their experience and feeling during the games and their real life similarities.
