While most companies provide Russian language courses to their expatriates little is proposed to present them the Russian culture they are about to mingle with.

We have designed a simple, interactive and stress-free intervention that may fit to such personnel upon their arrival. It would be the occasion to explain cultural differences before they face them and eventually suffer from any misunderstanding.

In such training, the spouses are of course welcome, as they hold the key of a successful installation in Russia. Don’t forget that most of the failed relocations are coming from adjustment to the new culture, from the manager and his/her family!

With the ultimate purpose to showcase Russia with a better image than the stereotypes that are brought by everyone when moving into a new country, this seminar is delivered in English (other languages are available on special request).
